Happy Halloween

This is one of the new singles from Lizzie Anne Designs - I love all the little eyes! So fun! I used the ghost from Spooked in the background. A really simple, but fun Halloween card. Do you send out Halloween cards?

this little guy is just so fun to play with. I love embossing him and I can't wait to make him a her, thanks to Cambria's pink robot! Have I told about the possibilities of this set? I have loved palying with it.

Thankful for cowboys and cowgirls

That's what my 5 year said last night in her prayers...I'm not really sure where that came from, but she was cute. More Giddy up Girl today. She is a fun one to color. Did you see the winner of the Birthday Sketch contest for Lizzie Anne? They have the winners posted on the website -amazing cards! So which set of the new releases is your favorite? I don't know if I could choose just one, especially after seeing all the samples everyone made.

Last sneak peak

So today is the last sneak peak ...don't you just love the new releases? Which is your favorite? I have several! This was a really fun set to play with, the images are just so easy to put together. On the bottom of the brown card it, it says Wise men still seek Him, there are so many great sayings in this set, it was hard to choose just one. I definitely see this set being a contender for my Christmas cards.

Gizmos and Gears is another one of my *favorite* sets. Even though I have no boys and don't generally get oo excited about robots, I jsut love this little guy. And being able to make such great background paper - oh the fun and possibilities!
At first, I thought there was no way I would color in the house...too much coloring for me, but with this set I re-discovered my love of coloring, I loved to color as a child and had fun coloring in the houses in this set.
Who could not love this little super hero? He's a favorite in my book! My daughters like to name all the people that I stamp and color - this one is their dad...appropriate I think :) Have a great one!

Sneak Peak Day 2

This card was really fun to make. I completely copied the layout from a card my friend Regina gave me. I just loved it and couldn't wait to make a card using this layout. I alos love this little witch, so fun to color and I loved adding sparkles to her. It's been fun seeing what all the other design team members are doing...way talented women. Have I told you how lucky I feel to be part of this team!

Sneak Peak - Garden Isle

This *could* be my favorite set of the new release... I just love this little girl, maybe it is because this was the first set I saw, maybe it is because I love visiting Hawaii, maybe it's because Lizzie Anne ROCKS and are super talented ladies! Doesn't this little keiki have such a sweet face? I'm so excited to share this set with you. I made several versions of this card in many different colors. Although you can't tell from the picture, her grass skirt is all glittery. I love everything about this set. (You may hear me say (or should I say you may read) that several times over the next few days!)

This is my card for last Monday's sketch Challegnge. I used Shapes and Stitches - it was a super fun and easy card to make! Joslyn had a wonderful pictures to take inspiration from. I loved the four pictures hung together. Have a wonderful Monday!

Happy Birthday Lizzie Anne Designs! LAD is turning two this month and the presents are for you! Click on the link at the right to see all the fun they have planned! After using this set, it quickly became a favorite. These are two of my favorites and I can't wait to make more. I think this set would be perfect for cards for my mom. I watercolored the butterfly to just barely give it some color.
